Terrible nightmare when staying at this hotel. Location is great as easy to find foods, near to Jalan Alor and also lots of pubs & bistro nearby which will be very noisy during late night.
We were staying at level 14 but still can hear the loud music from the pubs nearby even late night passed 12am. Sound proof in the room is none, we can hear the next door chatting till late night which is very annoying.
Receptionist not so friendly and unhelpful during check in, not explain about the hotel facility at all. We were wasting about 5 mins to figure out where's the lift to room.
Lighting in room was bad, room ceiling full with the mold (could be from water leaks) which looked very disgusting, certain corners in the room found so dusty.
Unhelpful housekeeper, we were requesting additional 2 bottles of drinking water and they didn't send over at all.
Think twice when staying at this hotel.

The location is very convenient. There is a bar street downstairs. The room is not noisy, maybe because of the high-rise building.
