房間很古老 check in需要等很久由服務人員帶領 有一次我等了半個小時 因為服務人員睡覺了
服務態度很差 本來多訂了一天打算退房 結果拉扯半天拉扯到第二天直接不能退房了….很無語
房間不太乾淨 被子我覺得有一點臟 沒有浴巾 不知道是不是針對我自己旅行 或者因為我是中國人導致的…畢竟也挺貴的房間，如果去中國街酒店便宜很多。

All the outside the room is excellent. We are given the room with same wing manage by Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The moment we walk into the room...It's horrified. It smell bad and humid. Like abandon room waiting to be renovate.
The carpet was dusty and stain. also the curtain.
Not to repeat again.
We attach photo for public to judge about our room.
