The hotel is opposite the Pavilion, with serious traffic jams, but it is good for shopping. My room is near the back alley and not noisy. I don't remember seeing any Chinese people among the waiters. Although there are many types of breakfast, they are not suitable for my stomach. One night, there was a sudden loud sound of water in the middle of the night, like the sound of a shower in the next room, which lasted for about 20 minutes. I couldn't figure out why

Location was excellent right next to Pavilion Mall and within easy walking distance around Bkt Bintang area. Room was very well maintained despite it being an older property. Service from staff was good and attentive. Breakfast variety was a little disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
