KLCC Quill Residences by Avery【Located in the City Center+10 mins walk to Twin Towers+Infinity pool】

Much better than I expected! The location is excellent and convenient. The 2nd floor has direct access to the adjacent Quill shopping mall, which offers a wide variety of restaurants. The NSK supermarket is also very convenient. It's just three LRT stops to Pavilion. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with a double bed and a floor mattress, plus an induction cooker, fridge, and microwave. The service is exceptional; they're always responsive and on call. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Kuala Lumpur!

This apartment has a great location, very close to the Twin Towers. The room itself is spacious and clean, and the service was good. The only drawback is that the air conditioner was quite dirty and needs cleaning.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Petronas Twin Towers. The butler provided warm and excellent service, making for a comfortable stay.

The hygiene and environment are excellent, and having a mall and supermarket downstairs is very convenient. We booked a three-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom apartment for 6 people. There's a kitchen where we could cook for ourselves, complete with a fridge, washing machine, and even pots, pans, and all kitchen utensils. The kids had a blast playing in the swimming pool every day.

The apartment is spacious, new, and in a great location. The shower has good water pressure. It's connected to Quill City Mall and the Monorail. The mall is quite large with many dining and shopping options, plus a big supermarket like NSK. The Monorail is just a few stops away from the Petronas Towers and Pavilion Mall. Overall, the stay was decent, but this particular unit felt older than others. The fan was wobbly, there were strange noises from the bathroom exhaust fan and the living room air conditioning unit. The cleanliness could also use some improvement.

The room was clean and tidy, with views of the KL Tower and Merdeka 118. The blackout curtains in both the bedroom and living room were excellent for sleeping. For service, the Chinese-speaking staff were very responsive and available whenever needed.

The housekeeper contacted us a day in advance, which was really reassuring. They responded to all our questions promptly and were available 24/7. The room was clean, and since we had two kids, they prepared two floor mattresses for us, which the children loved. There's also a swimming pool, which was a great source of fun for the kids.

This is a hotel-style apartment run by Chinese owners. You can add their customer service WeChat for communication in Chinese, and they offer 24-hour service with very quick responses. They arrange for locals to handle issues in person. My experience was excellent. The two-bedroom suite I stayed in was about 120 square meters. I love Malaysia 🇲🇾

The hotel's location is very convenient, with a supermarket right downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly easy.
