The location of the hotel is a bit awkward, 5-8 minutes' walk from the business district. If it doesn't rain, it's generally good.

There is a swimming pool in the room, but there is a newly built hotel opposite. It is not currently open, but after it opens, it will become the "scenery" opposite, which is a bit embarrassing.
You can see the entire Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur Tower from the 51st floor. I recommend everyone to go up and take a look.
The BAR on the 53rd floor is relatively average. It just has a good view and the loudspeaker is very loud. If I want to go to the other side for a quiet drink, it is said that it cannot be used without a reservation (but there is no one there, and it is said that I will only sit for 20 minutes to have a drink and then leave). Pros: New hotel. Lovely decor. Room comes with a decent pool for the kids. The granted us late checkout at 2pm.
Cons:
- breakfast was average. Not many choices
- housekeeping/ room services was slow and late. We have to wait for almost one hour for them to come.

Poor management I was assigned a room with a skylift outside beside the private pool. I requested for a room change and I was forced to pay RM 300 for the upgrade. Paying so much but you won’t get to take a video/picture properly due to the ongoing construction.
