New hotel and very friendly staff. The location is about 10mins walk to klcc park.From there, Another 10mins to walk to twin towers or suria mall. I feel the selling point is the private pool within the room. I had imagined it was more a waddle pool before I checked in. But to my surprise , I was still able to swim 1/3 of a lap and about 1.2 metres deep. Great to take a dip for a lazy afternoon in the comfort of your room. The breakfast buffet selection is ok and quite tasty. Gym equipment is adequate with free weights. not alot of machines though. Does have treadmills for a quick cardio. A shoutout to The rooftop/ Infinity pool for ig photo moments. It offers an amazing view of petronas twin towers and its surroundings.The rooftop bar is nice for a drink with a great scenery. Also has a skywalk for those thrill seekers.

We booked the premium pool suite. Upon check-in, everything in the room was perfect, except for the view. Right across from the room, construction was in progress, and the workers were literally right in front of you (as shown in the picture)—it was an eyesore. While you have a private pool, there is no privacy. I called the reception to inquire about the construction schedule. They informed me that it would continue until 7 p.m. I asked for a room change, and the hotel staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my request. He even showed me another room (on a lower floor), but when I saw it, I didn’t like the view—it also faced the construction site. The hotel staff only offered me two options: either switch to a lower-floor room or upgrade to a room with more privacy. I had no choice but to opt for the upgrade. However, the upgraded room was superb! The room is bigger and can accommodate my whole family at a time (more than 10 adults) The breakfast was excellent! I loved the private pool room—it was the only place where, as a Muslim, I could swim without wearing a hijab. Love the sky deck. When I booked the room in the app, I mentioned that I wanted to celebrate my mom's birthday. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel sent us a cake and even had the staff sing the birthday song in the room. Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel!
