Disappointed stay exprience. Concierge not well trained and not friendly. We check out earlier and request to store luggage and they request for RM20 charges.Second, the room kettle is dirty and the toilet bulb and heater are not functioning. The room don’t have tooth brush and other kits but I remember the first time i stayed with zenglo unit they ready all of these. Very different experience with last time experience.

It was easy to get to, and the room was spacious and great. It was also helpful to have an outlet next to the pillow.
Towels were not replaced, but there was a washing machine so we were able to do our own laundry.

The location of the accommodation is very good. It is about 5 minutes walk to TRX mall and Pavilion Kl and walking to Bukit Bintang is also very close. There are many restaurants near the hotel and there is a 7-Eleven nearby. The hotel has a very cheap luggage storage. We left 4 large and small bags mixed for only 20 ringgit. At around 2 pm, the staff informed us that we could enter the room.

The location is very convenient, very close to TRX, Pavilion, and MRT. There are many delicious restaurants downstairs and around, and Haijiaoren is nearby. The service is very good, responsive, and the reply is also very fast. There is nothing unsatisfactory! I like it very much

Our stay here was fantastic! Our host was also very friendly and helpful.
The apartment also had a washing machine which we were very happy with and a truly fantastic infinity pool (2 even!) which our children, but also we ourselves, enjoyed very much. Really beautiful and well maintained.
The location of the apartment could hardly be better. It is right around the corner from all the shops and restaurants.
