Хороший отель в центре.
В номере чисто, мебель новая, матрасы удобные, мягкие.
Кухня с минимумом посуды, но необходимое есть.
Есть стиральная машина с сушкой.
Бассейны отдельный восторг - большие, чистые, с зонами джакузи. Тот, что на крыше, с отличным видом.
Нам всё понравилось.

Overall, it was very bad. I stayed for four days and three nights, but there was no cleaning service.
There was no toothbrush in the room.
No toothpaste.
No slippers.
No hand towels.
The front desk told me that there would be one cleaning service during my stay, but I still didn't get any service until the day I checked out.
Overall, I don't recommend staying here.

Walkable to China town, Independence square, KL tower, Pavillion and Petronas tower unless it was hot midday. Jalan Alor street food market is also close. Although Bukit bintang is busy, loud and crowded, the residence is located a quiet area of Bukit bintang. Great view to KL tower and Petronas tower!

The only good part of this place is the swimming pools. I dunno what’s really other than that, check in & out process was slow, no parking provided, the pipe in the toilet was broken. I was not happy at first, but the swimming pools is good, so at least it makes me not so angry.
But I’m sure that area have other places that provide the similar or better view of swimming pools.
