Room were dirty (there were baby cockroaches in the kitchen). Also, several items in the accommodation were faulty, for example the bedframe in one of the rooms were broken, the shelf in the living room was collapsed and the dining chair was broken. The service from the team was lacking, they had only provided us with 1 access card though 2 were stated in the check in message and the team only told us there is only 1 available after we double checked with them… this really hampered our travel plans :(
