The location is super good! Next to Sunway Velocity Mall, Chinese is spoken directly when eating and shopping. The apartment is strictly managed, the room is spacious, there are two 1.5-meter beds, a refrigerator, a washing machine, you can heat up meals, milk, tableware and plates, suitable for family outings. The floor is high and the view is great! The boss is also very kind, answering all questions and responding to all requests. Come stay again next time!

Why I just knew about this hotel *sigh* I was so so so satisfied with all aspects of this hotel! Cheap price with laaaarge room, completed with filtered water tap , easy to park your car, very nice choices of breakfast as well as nice swimming pool 👍

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

Everything is great except the staff, my goodness, they are not rude but just need a good training to work in the hospitality industry. They are not helpful and lacking of smile to the customer. The management needs to do a proper training for the front desk staffs! Location wise and hotel facilities are good for us as we travel as family and preferably staying near KLCC.
