The room was quiet. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced! The front desk lady was very welcoming and the waiter also helped to make a phone call to arrange a chartered car for a day trip. It was a great experience!

Such a beautiful place and beautiful staff especially receptionist Tanna she made us feel so comfortable and even suggested places to go and do. Food fresh and the cleaning staff amazing only regretting not giving tips but leaving this review hope will give them all pay rise.....Thank you

Hotel dotato di WIFI, parcheggio privato, camere confortevoli con balcone, tv, cassaforte e frigo bar: pulitissime . La colazione ottima sia salata che dolce. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile sempre anche per consigli. Cena discreta. Le spiagge sono ovunque a pochi passi o pochi minuti di auto: consiglio ARAMERAS dentro l''omonimo villaggio. Si cena ovunque nei dintorni: consiglio Malibù.

Lovely hotel on the quieter side of town, the staff are friendly and very accommodating. We had a ‘seaside’ view room however a hotel is being built opposite which spoilt it somehow otherwise the hotel was great. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic and well worth trying. The closet beaches are quieter (blue Diamond didn’t have the pumping music)

Excellent location away from the enormous confusion of August; comfortable, clean rooms with adequate services. Close to some small isolated establishments but not far from the "noisy" ones for those who like them.... the breakfast offer and the ability to "manage" the evening menu can certainly be improved but certainly better than the offer of many of the restaurants of the area. Comfortable, clean rooms with adequate services! My personal thanks and the best possible feedback, however, I want to give to the staff.... extremely kind and attentive (even in some moments of "crisis"), polite but courteous and sociable if involved.... above all reception girls and room boys!

We was bit apprehensive what we will find but Ksmail was nice and the hotel was simply luxury as the name says. Lovely rooms, pillow bed, very clean. Breakfast was plenty and nice coffee. Eggs and bacon plus cold buffet. Would definitely recommend . Lovely staff too. And the price!!! We got 2 lovely rooms for the price of one in UK. We went to Maestro beach, had wifi and nice places to eat around and clean sea beach. 10£ per 2 chairs umbrella. The other beaches I found very busy and loud. We had lovely time :) Ps. Ksmail was half price to Corfu- on everything.
