Требуется реставрация. Очень приветливый персонал , заселили заранее ( спасибо отдельное девочкам ) . Очень удобная локация , вроде бы находится на шумной улице, а шума не слышно . Номера стоит обновить , полотенца старые , номера чистые .

Очень редко пишу отзывы, но тут не смог удержаться. Перед заездом изучил отзывы других постояльцев, бывших здесь за полгода-год-два до нас: вроде и неплохо, но течет сантехника, пятна на ковровом покрытии, подавленные матрасы и т.д. Думал, что всё исправлено, вроде ж и отзывы должны читать. Но нет! Всё прямо точно как в отзывах! Ребята, ну так же нельзя - вы же вроде мировая сеть, ценник не малый, а текущий бачок в туалете, дырявое сиденье кресла и скрипящая кровать явно подрывают ваш авторитет. Да, есть и плюсы - расположение, прекрасные завтраки, приветливый персонал. Может стоит пересмотреть или ценовую политику, или сделать ремонт?

Подземная парковка, очень приветливый персонал, всё чисто и красиво. Есть где погулять, так как отель находится в центре. Рядом много кафе и баров. Завтраки шведский стол неплохие с шампанским). Ресторан по меню, тоже есть что перекусить. В номерах чисто и уютно.

Испортились очень. В 2017 году здесь была наша первая брачная ночь. Нам все очень понравилось на тот момент. На 6 годовщину свадьбы решили там опять провести время и полное разочарование. Отель очень уставший, прям очень. Нужен ремонт капитальный. Ковровое покрытие в номере все в пятнах, в Холле стертое. Унитаз течет. Завтраки ужасные. И это все 4 звезды. Полное разочарование

Все очень понравилось. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый, сотрудники готовы оказать помощь в любом вопросе относительно проживания. В номерах есть все необходимое. Шампанское, которое доступно на завтраках, отдельно порадовало!
