I have stayed at this hotel about 10 times in the last year and everything was great, but this time was the last. I paid for a room upgrade from 12 to 13, arrived late in the evening on the 12th, they gave me room 217. I go in - it was not an upgrade, but a regular room, but I was so tired, I did not want to go change it, went to the toilet, lifted the toilet lid, and there was ****!!! Notify the hotel and tell them this horror.

Need to take a shuttle - too far to walk with bags. No info where to get the shuttle from. They also charged for the service - and would not take Euros - had to be paid in zlotes.

Hotel located in a convenient place… wonderful hotel, really clean and beautiful room, tidy and elegant.
My boyfriend and I had taken the King room and we recommend it!!!
The only problem is that they didn't find the reservation right away and we had to wait 20 minutes, so I recommend showing the PDF of the reservation sent by “Trip.com” by email right away.
If I return to Krakow, I will definitely stay here again 🫶🏻
