Excellent location for sites ,15 min walk to train or bus station and large shopping centre. Downside is being prepared for stairs if your on higher floor as room 14 was 80 steps up? Hard with your case or more than one trip a day, but it was quiet and peaceful. On the upside restaurant and bars and food stores were there on your doorstep with lots of choice.

Near to old town. Was on first floor room needs clean properly and bathroom. As couple 1 chair .cutlery was only 2 knives and 1 fork .lamp didn't have a bulb. Other lamp broken. Mattress wasn't great. Wouldn't stay here again. Lovely area shops nearby as trams are on time

We have stayed here for the last four days and it’s been brilliant. Our apartment was spacious, modern and we had loads of room. Superb shower in the bathroom. They are a three minute walk to the old town square so in the perfect place to walk everywhere. Air conditioning and a fan which were a godsend in the 30+ degree heat this week. Will recommend them to anyone I know coming to Krakow

Perfect location with everything in walking distance. However we stayed on top floor which had no lift . Air con didn’t work properly .Window didn’t open, seemed to be screwed closed No fire detectors ,and no fire escape I wouldn’t stay there again

Amazing location, clean and has everything you need in it, downside no lift to higher level rooms. Pillows are awful and the mattresses need replaced, cover that doesn’t fit revealed blood and various other fluid stains, we arrived at 10am and couldn’t get in until 2.20 pm so that’s another downside

Very convenient apartments in the old Town very close to the Central Square and not far from Wawel castle. Rooms are warm, in a very good condition, well equipped and with sufficient room. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They really need replacement it is important for a good sleep. WiFi is fast and stable. Visitors need a pin code for opening the doors but there is stuff to assist in case of emergency. A problem with the room in our occasion solved very quickly and effectively. So we are very content with our stay there.

Great central location for our first trip to krakow, apartment had everything you needed if you wanted to cook and eat there. Very clean and compact. The only down sides we found although they didn't take anything away from our experience was the breakfast was delivered in a box and was the same every morning.

Not happy. Never got an email prior to arriving informing me of the code and how to access the property. Tried to call them numerous times and they didn’t answer and I couldn’t leave a message. Finally was able to get a hold of them.
Air conditioning didn’t work and they said they would send a technician to fix it. I asked them again the next day and they again said they were sending a technician but it was never fixed for the 4 nights that we stayed there. This is something that I specifically paid for.
I would not stay here again.

Cancellation made by mistake the payment was made and no compassion from the manager who does not accept the error. So we paid but we can't go there!! A total lack of humanism!!
