Nice small hotel in the very center of Krakow. Restaurants and Café nearby. Public transport just around the corner. Market place 3 min to walk. Street nois in the morning 6am.

We booked for the location but were a bit concerned by the lack of reviews online afterwards. We had nothing to worry about. We just had the best stay there. We checked in at reception round the corner in the Santos hotel. Lovely friendly staff on arrival. We got to our rooms The only issue was we couldn’t access the safes. I emailed reception and a they were there in minutes to sort it. The building and our rooms were spotless. Beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean and comfortable beds and pillows. . The rooms were really warm and cosy Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.

My daughter and I stayed at the apartments which was in a great location in the old town. The apartment itself was basic but really comfortable. The design and decor of the apartments was really interesting. The room came with some herbal tea and coffee but was not refilled after the first day. The staff are available 24/7 at the hotel Santi just around the corner and were really helpful and friendly. A great place to stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a more central location in great apartments. Everyone we came into contact with were polite and a great help. The hotel reception staff were always helpful at all times - definately coming back to stay at the same apartments

Very well situated, very close to main square. Nice comfortable room although it felt like I was staying at my Granny's house but it all added to the quaintness of the hotel. Bed was comfy and we had a fabulous shower. There was a good choice for Breakfast, although be aware that the English plate is not English sausage or bacon (if that bothers you). We had a room on floor 5 - there are no lifts so a bit of a climb. You check in and have breakfast at their sister hotel which was a 1 minute walk away and you have to ask if you want your room serviced. We found all the staff friendly and welcoming. Although the street is pedestrianised one side, the trams run on the other and it can be noisy, especially as they start running at 5am.

Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. However, I encountered a few issues. My room was meant to include a desk, which I relied on for work. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi only functioned for a few hours before completely cutting out. As a result, I had to purchase extra data from my provider for $40. With that amount, I could have booked a more expensive room with reliable Wi-Fi and a desk.
Additionally, the hairdryer was quite frustrating. It required me to hold down a button for it to work, and once I released it, it stopped. With my long hair, drying took an eternity, making the experience quite tedious.
Lastly, the shower door didn’t close properly, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor.
