Hotel ok, for the price and location. Rooms neat, but in the shower mold, which shouldn't be there. Breakfast poor, definitely not for a 4* hotel category. Service so-so.

Albergo situato nel pieno del quartiere ebraico in una piazzetta suggestiva attaccato alla vecchia sinagoga. Centro raggiungibile o in venti minuti a piedi o comodamente tramite puntualissimi tram in dieci minuti. Stanza tripla pulita e ampia. Negativa però la colazione che è totalmente priva della parte dolce e nemmeno così esaltante per la parte salata.

What a fantastic hotel. The place was clean with fresh sheets, towels each day. Our room was massive bathroom and bedroom with three windows in the room. Breakfast catered for vegetarian as well as meat choices. The hotel was situation in the Jewis quarter's with lovely outside bars playing musician the evening as well as many choices of food polish, Italian and Jews food. The square was bustling with guides and golf cart tours. We went on many trips while in krakow. The Salt Mines, Schindler's Factory & Auschwitz. Would go back to this beautiful city and certainly stop at the Hotel Ester. Thank you for making our holiday a pleasurable one.

This hotel was recommended to us by a friend. It’s a lovely hotel in the Jewish quarter of Krakow. Staff polite, room was large, comfortable bed, lovely large shower, hairdryer, tv, safe, small sofa and a couple of easy chairs, kettle and a small selection of drinks in the fridge. We had clean bedding and towels daily, breakfast was a small selection of cereal, yogurt, continental style cold meats, cheeses and cooked food. It’s a 20 minute walk from the main square with bars, cafes and bespoke shops to see on the way. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff are so friendly and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable , very clean and warm ( we visited December) We had breakfast included which had enough choice for us each day, location was great for us, about a 15 minute walk to the main square, (all flat) on a lovely cobbled street surrounded by history, little bars and lovely restaurants, A gem of a hotel.

Fint hotell sentralt i det jødiske kvarteret i Krakow. Selv om det er et eldre hotell, var det godt vedlikeholdt, og veldig rent og fint.
