The location was excellent. It was about a 1-minute walk from a large shopping center directly connected to Krakow Central Station. The security in front of the station was not bad, so even on the day I left the shopping center at around 9:30 p.m. after sunset, I didn't feel scared as a woman alone. There is a small supermarket right in front of the hotel.
The construction noises that were mentioned in many reviews were not bothersome at all on a weekday at the end of July 2024. There was no sign of construction, so it seems that the construction had finished or they were on vacation.
I occasionally heard noises and voices from the next room and the hallway, but it wasn't enough to bother me.
The cleanliness level is not that clean by Japanese standards, but it was not unpleasant.
The following were points that bothered me.
・There was no place to hang a bath towel after use (I hung it on the bathroom doorknob)
・There was no air conditioning, so I was able to sleep, but it was a bit hot. There was a large electric fan, but it was cold even when turned on at a low wind, so I didn't use it much.
・There is no elevator, so large suitcases have to be carried up the stairs
