The hotel is located very well. There is a shopping center nearby and lots of restaurants downstairs. The breakfast has a vast choice of variety.

The twin room was perfect for my son and I. The hotel is in a great location, central for everything we wanted to see. The reception staff were friendly & helpful. The food in the restaurant was tasty although there wasn’t a great amount of choice on the menu.

Clean and paradoxically quiet hotel, despite facing the main street where public transport by rail passes.
The location is not exactly central but it is in the Kazimier district and there are an avalanche of restaurants and pubs in the surrounding area, it takes about half an hour to go to the center on foot but it is a very nice walk to do!
Abundant breakfast, perhaps a little repetitive and above all salty, for sweet breakfast lovers perhaps it is not exactly the right place, I liked it a lot!
For Italians: know that the bidet is missing

Great service from everyone on reception and a lovely aura from within the hotel. The breakfast was very good and it’s located in a lovely spot. Would come back and stay again!

The room was lovely and spacious, bed was really comfy and it was nice and heated considering it was so cold outside. The location was okay, no complaints with that. Very modern hotel with very nice staff! Will return if I come back to krakow.

I never leave negative comments, but the greed of these people is on the level, so I feel free to share. We lived 4 days in this hotel, in general, everything is really good, good rooms, a shared lounge with a pc. These people messed up with the mini bar and when I checked out and was in a hurry and I said it they made a big problem and billed me for something I didn't eat, it got to the point where I yelled at the manager but they were stubborn and all for the sake of 22 zlotys. This blocked all the good things that were in this hotel, I thank the girl who works today 07/19/22 for this
