The hotel is in a convenient location, close to markets, beaches and travel agencies. Decent breakfasts, excellent clean pool, acceptable internet (about 25 mb/s). Of the minuses, audibility in the bathroom and too hard mattress.
Otherwise, everything is great, a good hotel.

The hotel is located a little away from the center of Ao Nang and the pier with boats to Cape Railay - about 10-15 minutes walk. But next to the hotel in the other direction there is also a beach, restaurants, shops, and it is not as hectic as in the center. It is quiet around the hotel, there is no noise from bars and restaurants. The restaurant was being renovated during our stay, so breakfast was brought directly to the terrace of the room, which was also not bad. Breakfast to choose from - continental or American. We took an American breakfast - an omelet or fried eggs, sausages, toast, juice, jam, fruits, coffee. Everything is delicious. The room has everything - air conditioning, a kettle, a safe, a refrigerator, a hair dryer. The only problem was that mosquitoes bothered us, because the hotel is in a green area and next to a river. But this can be dealt with. The hotel has a good pool, it does not heat up much during the day, it is nice to cool off after the heat. We liked everything.

The hotel is a solid four. A bit "tired", but for the money it's the best. I lowered the score because of the lack of sockets by the beds. Cleaning is daily. The staff is excellent, very friendly.

I booked the hotel because of its convenient location and buffet.
As a result, there is no buffet. Monotonous breakfast from the menu, sometimes they forget milk for coffee, sometimes they don't add sausage, sometimes ham. The Trip.com website didn't notify me about this!
Otherwise, I would have booked another hotel.
The hotel itself is not bad and conveniently located, but there is renovation going on, about which, again, there is no notification from the website. The pool is cleaned every day by a very responsible employee. A large clean room with two beds was kindly provided to me by the hotel administration. For which I am grateful. I recommend the hotel!
