I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was good. The place is clean but they could do better for the toilet cabinets, positioning the tv. There is provision for hot water, air conditioner was also good. The food at restaurant in the 2 nd floor was not bad. Kozhikode beach is also nearby

The room was good but 2pm checkin is causing some inconvenience. Usually all hotels have 12pm check-in. But i was provided 1 hr early checkin. It's a bit nice from the hotel side. But there was no common bathroom available.

We received a room upgrade which was nice. The room was spacious although bathrooms are small. Hot water is readily available although they turn it off and you have to request it be put on. Bed was comfortable. Air con was not great. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice. Location was good

All of sudden at Calicut we heared about this location and decided to stay there.location is very nice.one hour away from Calicut.food is ok.complimently breakfast is also good.staff is very helpful.we reach at 10pm.they took 1000 ₹ for extra bed.At 11 pm we asked for packed mineral water bottles but they can’t provide it.

The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range

Went for an official trip ***** with my colleague to Calicut for two days. This hotel is superb value for money. Very classy interiors and breakfast spread was also too good. It has got one of the best bars in Calicut , that’s an added advantage . Location to bus stand and railway station is very near. Courteous staffs. Would recommend highly . Thanks

Hotel was staying middle of the town, very poor hospitality. Complimentary breakfast was really good rooms are old one full of dust and dirt on cot and side walls. Bathroom was average we need to contact them for water bottle towel and all.
