I have booked a suit room for 3 adult and 1 child and room provided was a double bed room with a dining area, extra bed was put on the floor without a coat, no telephone provided in the room to contact reception, only one bath towel was provided for 4 people and i have to remind the boy 3 times for an extra towel, rooms are clean but the sofas are dirty.
