Got best Thai massage from Meena in Aego SPA. The place has really beautiful golf field - must try. Another field - Secret Valley is also nearby. Rooms and facilities are slightly outdated, but overall recommend for short stay or family holiday.

Leider war nicht alles so, wie man sich dies von einem Hotel der Kategorie wünschen würde . Wir haben 1 Woche mit Frühstück im Hotel verbracht. Das Abendessen haben wir nur einmal in Anspruch genommen, das Bufett ist überteuert . Auch der Zimmerservice lies zu wünschen übrig und leider auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das kennen wir sonst anders.

This must be the worst holiday experience I've ever had. The hotel caters mainly for golfers, and they take priority over all other guests. On more than one occasion the Buffet Dining restaurant Adult Section was closed to other guests to cater for golfers. The same restaurant was also shut altogether, without any notice,and guests had no other option than to go to al la carte restaurant, with fixed menus. The bar staff were very slow, and often walked straight past your table without a glance. Nearly all of the hotel facilities were shut, and after our first week the staff took away 98% of all sunbeds. Our room was placed on the 2nd floor,with no lift, I am registered disabled and had an awful lot of trouble managing stairs, tui was aware of my disability. The entertainment was almost nil and not very entertaining. The pool bar service was ok the first week, but almost non existent the second. The rooms and the hotel itself were very clean, and that is possibly the only good thing I can say about the hotel and its area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Although hotel look stunning we were a bit taken aback by our room. We booked a room with shared pool - which is lovely. The room though had this odd partition with a further two single beds which made the room gloomy and quite old fashioned. The buffet has a limited choice possibly because it’s November. The taverna style restaurant on site has a very small menu. This hotel is also over the flight path. Golf course is interesting with some very windy paths to get to some tees.

If it was possible to give more than 10, I would.
This place is definitely worth every penny we spent.
1. Beautiful place, clean and tidy, delicious food in a variety.
2. The dinner restaurants are excellent with a variety of delicious cuisines and styles.
3. All inclusive was excellent. Plenty of varied food throughout the day. Drinks/spicy drinks and more full of surprises and in abundance.
4. And the most important thing is the staff of the hotel. Receptionists are kind and helped us with every passenger (even finding alternative flights and canceling flights)
5. The reception manager Maria was wonderful and kind and upgraded us and took care of our late departure (our flight was early in the morning).
We will definitely return to this hotel again.

Lovely coupes treatment with my wife carried out by meena and elena. We got intense (first time for us) it was great pressure. Few bum clench moments bit felt like a good few knots were worked out. Great message and would recommend and come again.
