As per hotel staff statement they didn't receive any booking confirmation. So they simply refused to offer me a room.

I had booked ac room and they gave me non ac room. The photo and the actual facility is very different. No amenities were provided except bed and pillow. The toilet door doesn't have proper lock, leaking pipes and health faucet. Untidy bathrooms. There was no even a dustbin or place to sit other than the bed.
