Excellent atmosphere outside the stay, as it's surrounded by hills and tea estate. Also happen to meet a bison around the area. Nice happening place and stay. We didn't enjoy our good there however the caretakers are helpful.

We checked in to the room at night. The caretaker welcomed us nicely. When we checked the toilet flush, it didn't work and we could not use it properly. The climate was very cool and we need to use the geezer to take a bath. But it didn't work. The room was not clean, the bed sheed was also not neet. (please check the photos. This could happen. But the problem was the caretaker and the owner didn't accept the call and didn't not make necessary arrangements to solve the problem. Even though we paid more we didn't get enough service at the hotel. So it was very terrible experience at the hotel. I don't recommend it all!

My friend and i had a pleasant one-night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. We enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again in the future

Excellent location, good services and accommodation. Food is also good. Specially view from connected balcony and rooftop is excellent. Almost as you are living within tea garden and valley. Also budget friendly.

Around 2. 5 kms from kothagiri town. Stay was overall good and awesome for its location, climate and caretaking. Out of facilities mentioned, wifi was not stable. The only concern for us was overrated food. Else, everything was fine especially caretaking of manager laxman. Bud-jet friendly rent for stay. Location is near to kodanad and 30 kms far from ootty.

Excellent location away outside town limits. Altitude of place above 2000 m. Even in peak summer, we had cool evening and morning weather. Kotagiri has nothing much to see. But ooty and coonoor are day trips away. Iv c was far better than anything ooty or coonoor offered for the same price
