One of the most resort-like hotels in Kota Kinabalu!
The bar with the most beautiful sunsets, private beach and multiple lounges.
Special compliments on how delicious the breakfast is! This is my favorite meal in Kota Kinabalu.
The hot water in the hotel is large and plentiful, and the shampoo smells good.
In particular, Richie, the hotel front desk guy, and Bethanie, the manager, were very considerate and helped solve problems, which made me feel Shangri-La's service concept. I hope the hotel can praise them! Thank you again for making my trip to Kota Kinabalu perfect.

這次亞庇旅行選了兩天丹絨香格里拉 海邊景色絕美 不虛此行的日落 度假區的水上設施特別好 孩子玩了一整天 這幾天也都是在酒店不同的餐廳吃的飯 粵菜不錯 早上的自助餐也很豐盛 除了韓國人太多嗚哩哇啦的嘈雜聲 別的都挺好 再來還會選這裏

酒店房間有些不隔音，早上有出海的音樂，整體服務非常好，早餐小童是免費，有早到的休息區，給到一個貴賓卡，可以享受酒店服務，到點再去前台領取房卡，行李會被直接送到屋子裡，訂餐外賣很方便，酒店的落日非常美，酒店小童活動，海邊泳池披薩也很好吃，下次還會入住

設施：雖然不新，但是乾淨整潔，陽台景觀面朝大海，很漂亮
環境：酒店有大片草坪，可以拍照，週末晚上有草坪派對自助餐，很熱鬧，就算不出去，在酒店裡沿着海邊走走，吹吹海風，很愜意，噢噢，水上樂園很好玩，滑滑梯和水球炸彈小朋友超級喜歡，玩了兩天

特別推薦理由：酒店有自己的碼頭，可以選擇跳島，還有很多水上遊玩項目，香蕉船，拖拽傘，海底漫步等，不過價格蠻貴的，勝在方便，玩好就能回房間洗澡
