We chose to eat the hotel buffet on New Year's Eve (guests have a 20% discount). The dishes are not bad, but the drinks only provide tea and coffee, and other cola and juice have to be bought separately! I don't understand it at all!
The tourist tax was charged when checking out. After paying it, I suddenly remembered that it seemed to have been paid when I bought it. Fortunately, I checked the order and it was indeed. The hotel cannot check it, they will charge it repeatedly, everyone must remember to show the order to the front store to prove that it has been paid.
The funniest time was when we had a buffet and asked the front desk at that time. The front desk told us to call to make reservations in the room, and no one collected the dinner fee when we checked out. I honestly said we hadn't paid yet, but the front desk still calculated the original price for me. I told her that there should be a discount, and she caught the manager and asked, and only deducted RM10. I said it should be 20% off, and she made another round of calls to calculate the correct fee😒
The service is really average, 4 stars are given to the restaurant and other service staff!
