Love the ambience of this hotel, location is good..they have their own cafe...good services and friendly staff...they have complimentary airport transfer...overall had a good stay here...will definitely staying here again if I visit KK...

My nth stays here never disappoints me. The staffs were very helpful, their services are excellent throughout and very attentive to my request. The room is immaculate and very comfortable bed. Even the location is great. One of my favourite hotel stay 👌

The room is not as big as expected, but it is clean, tidy and quiet. The room service is in place and meets all your needs. A small gift was given after check-out. It is a cost-effective choice
