Property located from google maps. Location excellent. Rooms are not well maintained. Wall plasters are peeling. Food quality average. Other amenities availoable.

Loction throught make my trip, all good is good, but same how maintance of rooms needed. Overall its good.

Comfortable stay excellent service pleasant experience. Highly recommended for stay near iii t kota for parents and guardians of students. Much thanks to front office staff ayush for taking extra care of guests. Will surely visit again.

Nice palace and good staaf

Really very bad experience when i checked in than it has been found that duct ac not working no cooling, cable is also not recharged their staffs working in room for cleaning duct ac late night till 1:30, not receiving call also

The guy on reception is very rude. I checked in at night even though i had booked hotel from months still the guys didn't even care to check the room. Bathroom was stinking, no recharge in tv, no towels in bathroom. It was mentioned in make my trip app that food delivery app facilities are available, when i received my order and going back to my room the guy on reception behaved so rudely saying outside food is not allowed, it was a humiliating experience. Was it the occupant 's fault that he himself is not aware about rules. Later ac was not functional and mosquitoes were there in the room. These guys instead of changing the room did all the repair while i was sitting and watching them in night. It was totally a disastrous experience. If you want a traumatic experience of your life go ahead and book it, i would recommend it's better to sleep in your car on roadside then staying here.

Very cheap mentality hotel we ever stay taking 8000/- extra charge to early check in without any information during check in.

I came here as it was showing a swimming pool but there was not any. The second package item in the restaurant was at double price don't know why they think they have a luxury restaurant
