The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with essential amenities, a small fridge, and convenient access to a water dispenser, which adds a nice touch. The staff is welcoming and always ready to assist, contributing to an enjoyable stay. However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast buffet - while the selection is extensive, the quality could be enhanced, particularly as some items, once finished, take a considerable amount of time to be replenished. With a bit more attention to the freshness and restocking of popular items, the breakfast experience could truly match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

Nurul and irul receptionist at the counter very attentive, friendly and understanding. They help me a lot . The food dine in super sedap. I recommended for those who come to KB. Only issue wifi not connected well. Other than that awesome .
