Здравствуйте меня зовут Евгений , приехал спустя год в свой любимый *Остров* приезжал сюда с 2011 года , примерно был около 50 раз , всегда все нравилось кухня , номера , сочетание цены и качества было идеально. Сегодня 19.07.23 был разочарован несколькими вещами , кухня изменилась не в лучшую сторону, самые любимые блюда ради которых хотелось проехать 350км и стоять на границе несколько часов разочаровали , особенно разочарован в ресторане при отеле много Пьяных шумных людей орущих матом на весь зал , посылающих на 3 буквы персонал ресторана , охрана не реагирует сказали ее нет есть оператор камер , пришлось сына увести в номер потому что находиться ему нельзя! Очень прошу руководство особенно лучшего на мой взгляд руководителя и хозяина Евгения Леонтьевича , присмотреться к тем вещам на которые я указал и исправить по возможности!! Спасибо большое Остров !!
