Defo not 5 stars The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well looked after and it is lovely that the very many cats are too, but the staff are ignorant especially one lady with orange hair in the Megorisi restaurant (made to feel very awkward for eating). The food is not great especially the 3 special restaurants, like others have mentioned we stuck to the pizzas as generally only things fresh and hot- most foods are lukewarm warm. The drinks are awful, cocktails are sugary and too strong to drink and the beer and wine also awful. Had a lovely relaxing week as the weather was good but would definitely not return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to stay at, save your money and look elsewhere. Such a shame as it could be amazing if food, drinks and staff were sorted out.

Bad things first: The Hotel Supermarket is a tourist trap. The Management should be ashamed for the prices they got. Also a no-go: U have to pay for the lounger at the beach. Wonderful Hotel with so many pools and an aqua park. Best Animation-Team ever!!!

My first holiday without parents. Firstly easy and quick to get to. Resort is nice and v big! Cocktails are gross- like watered down calippo lollys. Sweet and strong. Barely drinkable. Beer is islands own- no named brands. Pools fab but too cold. Weather was great 25ish and windy at the beginning of the week and 31ish towards the end. Went 2nd week in October. Rooms were clean and good. Although we got a garden view with cockerels crowing all night long right outside our balcony. Food was good but was only lukewarm which worried me about eating meat so ate pizzas almost all week. Wondered about the hygiene too with the amount of cats about although never saw any cat mess! Beach was okay sea was clean but cold. Managed to swim at the end of the week. Best beach is further around the corner near the beach bar at lambri? Entertainment was good but got full v early so had to go early to watch. Mostly kids shows but the ABBA show was fab. Didn’t stay for the 80/90s as went into kos town that night. Which Was extremely busy. People trying to tout you in everywhere. Tonnes and tonnes of rubbish all around the streets with animals scratting through looking for food. Had a few drinks down bar street which was quiet but busied up towards midnight. Flat Walk back wasn’t a problem. All in all- great holiday, gorgeous resort, but Kos did feel a bit like I was in a war country as lots of empty properties l, stray animals (all looked mostly well though) and rubbish. Which was sad.

Was there end of September for 10 days with my daughter. This was not my first time to Kos but to this hotel. When booking an all inclusive package hotel don’t forget to read the small print like I did. Upon check in you are given a sheet of paper with hotel information and surprise, here comes the extras: City tax 10 euro per day = 100 euro The beach loungers 5 euro per day for 2 = 50 euro Safety box in the room you feel obliged to take for 10 days = 22 euro Total 172 euro on top of what you have already paid - it’s already a-lot more to pay so imagine a family of 4 or more it’s an extra budget. The hotel and grounds are very clean and well kept. The room was ok but the bathroom had the shower and WC, however the sink and mirror next to the bed. This was weird if you needed this whilst your partner/other were still sleeping. Room had a balcony and a view. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed. Mini fridge had 2 small bottles of water on the first day but that was it. If you wanted more you needed to go and buy them at the store at 70 cents a bottle - another extra budget. The beach was nice and just a small walk from the hotel. The main pool was amazing, however at this time of the year the water is very cold as not heated. The entertainment was of a very high standard - congrats to them all, during the day and especially in the evening. A huge choice of food hot and cold - well done Chef and team. Reception staff are not interested in the guests and no real welcome and checking out was - room number - keys - name and ok thank you. Wow - hospitality at its lowest. I suppose the lady walking around the hotel looking at guests up and down and not even a hello was probably a member of staff or higher, but again learn some manners - you looked at me twice in the same way as though I was nothing and made me feel very uncomfortable. The pancake station which was open all day was a huge success and again well done to the guys preparing +-1000 pancakes a day. Overall stay had good and bad points. I wouldn’t return to this hotel, however I hope some improvements could be made for other guests staying with you.

Ogólnie większość opinii się zgadza, hotel bardzo duży, ogród, roślinność, ilość basenów wszystko cacy ale…. niestety trafił nam się widocznie kiepskiej jakości pokój. Byliśmy z córką (dwa i pół roku), a w pokoju małe czerwone mrówki faraonki. Podsumowując, jeśli regularnie jeździcie na all in i oczekujecie 5* to mozecie sie rozczarowac, jesli jezdzicie rzadko to nie będziecie zawiedzeni.

As other guests have said when reviewing, 5 stars must be based on facilities Definitely not 5 star by my experience compared to other hotels THE Best Bits Staff, Really work hard, no waiting for drinks in outside bars, always a chat and a warm welcome Grounds, large well kept The Down side The Food, Seems to cater for families with children, rather then adults with more demanding standards All food either cold or luke warm, lunch and evening meal very little variation, and bland, Breakfast was the best meal of the day, Omelette Chef, was very good on restaurant overlooking pool The atmosphere in the main restaurant is like a rugby scum, went in for oriental night,(surely a joke) spring rolls n chowmeain only oriental thing on menu, and walked out Tried 2 of 3 restaurant that you book Greek, didn't resemble or taste like proper Greek food Chinese looked more promising, except red uncooked chicken, put is off, and we decided not to risk it Italian we didn't eat there, but was told by 2 other couples not to, as the food was not good Pools Look beautiful, but freezing cold 🥶 As I can't stand getting in pools that cold, I tried them all, and we're all the same, including the Spa, don't gey excited also didn't live up to expectations Top Tip Take the bus to Kos town, really lovely to visit, especially the old town near the Church Glad to leave this hotel

We had a brilliant week gorgeous weather lovely place great food and drink ,the entertainment is the best of anywhere we have been I also loved the morning yoga/ Pilates The staff were all wonderful, welcoming and helpful from the lovely guy who drove us to our room when we arrived to the front desk who conjured up house keeping when we needed them before my husband could even get back to the room. I have 2 tips , one is October is midge season , you won’t see them but if they love you like they do me don’t forget your mosquito repellent , two Greeks everywhere seem to make cocktails with squash which is not to my taste so go for a pink lady

The service was excellent and staff very friendly and attentive. Constantine was really good at her job and worked extremely hard.Klaijdi the bar manager was excellent at making cocktails and really made us welcome. Xoni the server in the restaurant was friendly and looked after everyone. Jona behind the bar was very good. Jenny was another hard working member of bar staff. All the staff were really hard working and friendly. The pool was top class. The location was close to the town.

There is no way this is. 5 star hotel, in fact, I think this is probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed in for a long, long time. I have given 2 stars for the friendly staff and nice grounds. The worst part about the holiday was the absolutely awful food. By the last night I was desperate to get on the plane home. The breakfast is awful, dried up something that resembles bacon. Hard things in, what looks like tomato sauce, which is beans and tasteless eggs. The juice is a watered down concoction. Sometimes there was an okay pasta at lunchtime or fish but the evenings were just a selection of tasteless stew looking dishes. I sharp got sick of salad. The rooms are very dated with collapsed in the middle beds. They’re so dark it’s nigh on impossible to get ready at night. Balconies are overlooked. I’m really shocked as I’ve just looked and the tourist tax for this hotel is 10 euros a day as it is 5 star. It’s much less for less stars. Also you’re charged for your safe key which I’ve not heard of in a 5 star hotel. So, on check in, you have to hand over 85 euros!! Don’t go, you’ll be disappointed.
