Aircon Drips as you try to sleep Beautiful location. Checkin was a bit onerous. It seems to cater to an all-inclusive international crowd. We had stayed the week before and enjoyed an upgrade. We decided to re-book on the way back. Unfortunately, the air conditioners in one room were not working well and dripped on the bed and the suitcases. No other rooms were offered. We’re waiting to see if we can get some kind of refund as we couldn’t sleep with water dripping on us.

- With it being a 5 star you have to pay 10 euros a night tax, this might be why it’s labelled a 5 star. - Room was outdated, with the white spot lights it makes it very clinical. - The smell of sewage coming from the bathroom fills the accommodation with a bad odour. - When we got there the shower head was in the bath, we had to ask for the attachment to be fixed. - In the bedroom there’s a red light which is overpowering at night, see picture. - When we got there two single beds were set up and it was like this for 3 days before cleaners decided to put the sheets together. - You only get given one pillow each and the first 2 nights neither of ours had pillow cases on. No duvets just a sheet. - It’s meant to be an all inclusive but you have to pay for bottles of water and any drinks after 11pm. - The guy at the top pool bar we found rude, we asked him to fill our water bottles up but he only wanted liquids in the paper cups. - A lot of the sunbeds are filthy. - You have to ask to have your rooms cleaned on the day, otherwise they’re done every other day. - You have to pay for any drinks at the Al a Carte restaurant. - In the 7 days we didn’t see the pools getting cleaned. Lacking staff. - In the evening without fail you have to queue for drinks. Again lacking staff. - Never before have I had to get my own drink at lunch and dinner. - It’s lacking food choice, only really one meat option each meal. - The ground from the hotel to the beach, looks very untouched and not maintained. - Although dressing gowns are supplied, they looked very over worn, see picture. - The shower curtain had a hole in and not long enough so water still went everywhere. For a 5 star this should be a shower screen instead.

Most of the staff were fantastic, room was nice, everything was made very easy and relaxing.
