The hotel's convenient location near Kos town and the beautiful stoney beach provide easy access. Guests appreciate the excellent service and immaculate cleanliness of the rooms. Close to a public bus stop for added convenience.

We did really not appreciate this hôtel which was dirty, badly managed and with mainly very cheap and oily food. Thé room was dirty at arrival and after demand at thé réception, a cleaning lady passed with a dirty mob and wiped thé whole floor and bathroom without even rincing once. She came with a dirty bucked with 5cm water out of another room ....very hygienic of course wiping toilet from neighbours and whole room from us after .... In thé staircase, dirt and laundry was left behind thé whole week.....nobody took it away.....as well as empty bottes and winespots and others on thé floor. Nobody checks thé cleaning team here!!!! And even less thé hôtel building..... Télévision did not work for a 5* hôtel In thé restaurant, we managed having lots of dishes laying around ....nobody took them away..... Thé food was at thé very lowest standard....more fat than meat, more oil than something else, very basic and cheap salad bar. Thé a la carte is ok...if you have seen thé dishes before and know what to order ....😂.....and here at least thé wine was very good.....in thé buffet and bar area thé wine is undrinkable.....and whe thought grece has good wines.....😭 Very friendly service at thé beach....thx for that great team.....but better have kebab with less fat chicken instead of porc where half was fat.....we eat porcmeat ....this was mainly porcfat ....really cheap. You only get burger and kebab. But this guys are not responsable for that. Pancakes great,....just very very long qeueing in thé afternoon ....better bake a lot in advance and heat up to bé able to serve more people. We also struggled at thé beginning to get only coke zéro in thé minibar ...after a couple of days and 2 reminders at thé réception, thé minibarguy did really all hé could ....hé was perfect after but i suppose communication was bad..... We got spots on thé bedlinen. Thé outside area which was heated was nice, but too small for so many people in thé evening during thé show....but good service at thé bar. Great fitness team....they really take care ....but no Idea how they do in plain summer when it gets very hot....hardly any Shade as it IS outside .....no towels and no water are provided.....hello guys ....this IS supposed to bé a 5 star hôtel.... No welnessarea or welnessservice.....badly communicated by TUI who informéd there was on their site. After all Issues, i had a talk with management....they understood thé issues,....cleaned thé staircase ....only ours ....from bedlinen....not thé floors. Pictures have been taken several days after each other with date and time ....it IS not just thé bags laying around for 10 minutes after thé roomservice ....it stays there thé whole week.... They offered us late check out and just before hopping on our bus, thé réception guy asked us to sign a document mentionning thé free late check out to sign for acceptance .....but also mentionning that we will not sue thé hôtel or make bad review ..... Super helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to Kos Town. Would highly recommend.
