"At that time, I looked at the hotel that was chosen as the first on Ctrip's high-end list (actually there is a five-star hotel and a Wanda hotel in the local area). And the price of this hotel is not low in the local area. Problem 1: Parking is very annoying, because this is a hotel converted from an old office building, the parking area is relatively annoying. Question 2: There are only two elevators, with 24 households on each floor. Calculate how long you will have to wait during peak hours. Question 3: The so-called intelligent room is like this, but when you enter, many power supplies are not plugged in, and everything is manually operated. Question 4: The air conditioning in the room is really bad, it is 27.5 all night Question 5: The view room is understandable except that it is larger and the last room. However, the glass is so dirty that you can't see anything. It is also the hottest room because the air-conditioning is poor, and it is actually the most expensive. The service was slightly better. The night shift room service at least knew how to help me find a solution to the heat problem. I was grateful. When the front desk manager received a problem complaint, his first reaction was to investigate, and he did not think about service recovery."

"I chose this hotel after looking through many options for my trip to Xinjiang. Since my flight arrived in Korla and I was taking a train to Aksu, I picked a hotel close to the train station. What I liked most was its location on the main road; not only was it near the train station, but the airport shuttle also passes by this main road, making it very convenient to get here from the airport. As for the hotel experience: the service was excellent, they gave us great recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the cleanliness was also top-notch. At first, the TV in the room could be adjusted from all angles, which almost led to a funny mishap, haha. Overall, the stay was fantastic, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and it was easy to get around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"
