"Being a Marriott property, the quality is pretty much guaranteed. The room was clean and comfortable. The butler added me on WeChat early on and was incredibly responsive to all my requests. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, though it was a bit of a walk to get to the Renaissance's breakfast restaurant, where the swimming pool is also located. Room service could use some improvement. Not only was delivery slow, but after housekeeping cleaned the room, they often forgot to replenish clean towels and tissues. However, once I raised these issues, they were quick to improve. On the plus side, the hotel's location is quite quiet, and it's convenient for driving around."

"We chose this hotel for a one-night stay on our way back to Urumqi from Kashgar. The room was very nice overall, located in an office building with a good view. The breakfast was plentiful, and the 22nd floor offered a scenic view. Special praise to the front desk staff when we arrived at 00:30; they upgraded our room and arranged for us to stay on the same floor. Happy Eid al-Fitr to them!"
