房間確實很大，停車也很方便，保安跟前台態度也蠻好，就是整個房間的衞生説實話不敢恭維，被子拉開嚐嚐的一根頭髮在床上躺着，我還特意把頭髮放到了房卡的卡片上，衞生間洗浴的地磚也……

顛覆了我對四星級酒店的認知，車位很少，停車不方便，二三十年前的老舊裝修，看起來很不衞生，提前結束行程。

環境：環境位置很好，周邊商場很多。步行五分鐘就可以到達。
設施：設施過於老舊，兩個電視都是壞的，空調製冷制熱都不行，衹能吹自然風
衞生：衞生還算合格，就是很多洗漱用具都沒有，你要一個，給你拿一個，4個人，就給2個用具。
服務：很少給人差評，但是這個酒店的服務給0分都覺得太高了，前台你説話愛搭不理，有個看起來像經理一樣的女人，全程黑個臉，所有辦理登記的顧客跟欠她錢一樣，被關在門口兩次，第一次説是卡辦錯了，第二次居然説我們沒説要住兩天，我訂的是兩天的訂單。最氣的是住的時候我就問了停車怎麼收費，她説車位少，可以停周邊，回頭報銷。等我停完了，她又説，我衹是諮詢，又沒説我開車來。難不成我們坐飛機空降？因為帶的長者孩子，不想計較這個事情，也不是掏不起那幾塊錢停車費，衹想説，一個快捷酒店，掛着4星級的酒店的招牌，顧着黑作坊一樣的服務員。從沒見過如此惡劣的態度，還是針對所有的住客，既然這麼不願意，何必來從事這個行業，既影響了所有來旅遊人的心情，還打了我們大美新疆人的臉，讓人家回去評論我們都是一羣野蠻人。
