I got a non ac room, even though mm t did not have any option to select ac or non ac. The facilities indicate ac rooms.

Room is good but check in checkout experience is very bad. Food is good in restaurant. Person is not trained in generating bill. He is not even be sorry about it. It took one hour to get thing right.

Room given in 2 nd floor but no lift facility. My age is 60 years
