KIN No Hana Sui Getsu

The room was full of dead bugs, the fridge had leftover drinks from the previous guest, and there were a lot of black things floating in the family bath. I had left something behind, so I contacted them to ask them to check the room, and they said they would contact me as soon as they found it, but they never contacted me. I wish I had stayed at a different inn. I have four small children myself, and I would not recommend this to people with small children. I hope this information is helpful. I will never go there with my family again.
