Lors de notre arrivée les générateurs avaient pris feu , la gestion de ce problème a été géré par la direction d’une manière lamentable. Changé d’hôtel 4 fois en 11 nuits , mon épouse n’a pas arrêté de faire et défaire les valises . Quand au centre de plongée , au lieu d’utiliser des bateaux rapides on va vers les lieux de plongées à la vitesse d’un escargot, résultat entre 4 à 8 heures de navigation ( a quoi bon d’être au centre du parc. Le tout à été couronné par l’éruption du volcan et naturellement aucune information pour les touristes.

We LOVED our time at Komodo Resort. We stayed in a spacious and beautiful Grand View room, which I highly recommend (or the Grand Beach). Food is served a la cart and was delicious. Chef Nyoman and server Yanto took very good care of me, as I have a shellfish allergy and all of my meals were specially prepared. Both of them were excellent and part of the reason this resort was so special. We are snorkelers and could not have asked for more with the house reef. It was incredible with healthy and beautiful coral and fish. We arranged a private day trip to Komodo to see the dragons, Padar for the viewpoint and pink beach, and then a wonderful snorkeling spot. The nightly stunning sunsets made for a great happy hour show. It was really hard to leave this fabulous place, and I am so grateful we could spend time here.

Het was een teleurstelling. We hadden erg hoge verwachtingen van het snorkelen. Er zouden begeleide snorkeltours zijn. Maar helaas vielen die erg tegen. We hebben duidelijk bij dereservering al gevraagd of snorkelen een bijzaak was, maar dit was net als duiken hun corebusiness zeiden ze. Dat bleek helaas niet zo te zijn. De locaties waren gekozen voor t duiken. De begeleiding was erg ondermaats ( zelfs een tour gedaan waarbij we ruim een uur naar een zanderige diepe bodem keken, maar we niet uit de buurt mochten) ondanks vragen om een betere tour is dit niet verbeterd. Alleen Walter probeerde er nog iets van te maken. Maar hij was maar een keer beschikbaar. De kamers en het eten was wel prima. De mensen bij de receptie spreken matig engels. We hadden veel verwacht, maar dat viel dus erg tegen.

First, I would like to mention the front desk manager of Komodo Resort, Rizal, who arranged our pick ups and drop off to/from our hotel for our daly diving and made sure our day trip to his resort was the best we could ask for. His kindness and profesionalism was greatly appreciated. We had the oportunity to dive with their scuba diving facilities , The Neptune Scuba Diving Komodo", last August and we had the best experience we could ask for. The Diving Club is conveniently located inside of the resort. The Manager in charge of the Diving Club, Sara Gabliardi, was excellent, professional and made our diving experience unforgettable. The rental equipment was top-notch and Nitrox is available. Our Master Diver, Engky, went the extra mile to show us the best sites. We saw plenty of giant mantas rays (mobulas), four different types of sea turtles, a dubong and even a pygmy seahorse!! If you are staying in another hotel or resort they will go in the early morning to pick you up and drop you off at the end of your diving day. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

I wasn’t stay at the resort but joined liveaboard. Crews are friendly and professional ! I had Fully enjoyed my one week on the boat with lovely sea creatures and beautiful stars during the night. Also every day’s Food was amazing.

We just completed 6 full days of amazing diving looked after by a truly wonderful team. A special thanks to our guides Ben, Ray and Akry who looked after all of our needs. A special mention to Akry to took video and photos of us after I sadly lost my GoPro. The team went over and above to make the diving so enjoyable. Thank you very much.

La gestione non è più italiana, ma coreana. Nonostante la buona volontà, mancano nei particolari che però fanno la differenza. Peccano nello spiegare i servizi offerti (solo col passaparola si scopre che con un gommoncino ti portano gratuitamente a fare snorkeling a favore di corrente) e soprattutto nella chiarezza delle spese fatte: le bevande che non siano acqua naturale sono extra e però a fine pasto non ti fanno firmare nulla, ti accreditano tutto sulla fiducia e scopri quanto hai speso solo al check-out. La cucina è discreta, nulla di più. Camere invece belle in stile "maldiviano". Detto questo, il posto è bellissimo - la barriera davanti al resort straordinaria -, certo, con un tocco in più....

Stayed for a week diving and loved this hotel. Its location is perfect with so many dive sites 30/40 minutes away. The bungalow rooms were lovely with views of the sea from the balcony. We did originally book the presidential suite but were very disappointed to find it had no outdoor space or sea view as blocked by office/bar buildings. Fortunately we could move to a regular room. Food was good and service excellent. The diving was all amazing.
