The wind is quite strong and you can’t go into the water. It’s a great hotel. It’s enough to stay for 2 days because you can’t eat the buffet on the third day 😂

A truly incredible experience, we have done different hotels in Crete and it is clearly above the rest.
Chania at 30mn and Balos at 1h00.
Only small downside, the quality of the coffee from the restaurant machines but possible to take it to the different bars to have a quality one :)
Ditto for the choice of non-alcoholic cocktails which is a bit limited
But nothing dramatic greatly enhanced by everything else!
Thank you to the teams for their kindness and professionalism!

Excellent hotel complex with very good facilities. Bedroom spacious with extra large bed. Bathroom facilities need attention. The handheld shower head had no spray adjustment and there was no bidet in toilet. Buffet was open at convenient times and the food choices good. Breakfast scrambled eggs were excellent but the bacon either under cooked or too well done and tough. British or Danish bacon would be a great improvement.

Heaven on earth. We really enjoyed this place listening to the thrilling music of Marmitas Band. We haven’t been entertained so beautifully for a long time. The Cocktail were great matching the glamorous atmosphere The personnel very polite taking any order with a smile. Gregory

This is a very special hotel. Everything from the rooms to the way the staff are professional, polite and clearly know customer service. The food was great and the resort spotless. The pool area is jet washed daily and surrounding areas maintained constantly. Enjoyed the pilates and yoga (great instructors). Could do with a specific evening entertainment area as this felt disjointed at times. The airport transfer time was advertised at 50 minutes but took 1 hour 45 minutes each way owing to the numerous hotel drop-offs. More of a complaint for TUI.

Fantastic rooms, staff, pools, setting etc. Food at best in main restaurant poor and for anyone who understands a la carte food this definitely is not!!! I’ve had better food on the uk motorway network!!! Marios pool supervisor excellent, Markella pool service excellent, Lindian waiter in Greek restaurant excellent, Antonis in reception GREAT and one of the reasons we love Greek people so much.

Large expansive resort super family friendly. Our kids looooved the waterslides and waterpark. The water pressure is really strong but kids loved it. Loved the gyro stand, vitamin bar and the Grill a la carte. The buffet is pretty good - you'll always find something. Very clean resort. The only thing that was odd was the front desk staff. They try to tell you have to pay the cabs in cash even though that goes against the Greek laws that cabs can't force you to pay cash. Other thing we didn't like is their coffee and expresso drinks were not good. The coffee is not good tasting. Otherwise no issues and would definitely recommend it.
