Reception guy was a good person but we became very disturbed that he insisted on taking our pictures in addition to scanning our passport and visa on their phines.Caretakers do not know hospitality and one feels a bit scary in their presence but helpful. Only For above very significant reasons I rate this poor and uncomfortable and unenjoyable.
But, Excellent Excellent highly superior quality breakfast, pleasing attendants and room. Pillows not comfortable at all.

Bemüht dem Gast einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen! Der Herr in der Rezeption mit sehr gut verständlichem Englisch! Dieser gab mir sogar die Möglichkeit meine Fotos vom Handy auf einem Stick zu sichern! Die Zimmer(Betten, WC, Dusche) in sehr gutem Zustand und hygienisch einwandfrei! Auch das Personal äußerst hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück auch für westliche Gäste sehr ansprechend wird auf Bestellung (1/2 h vorher) aufs Zimmer gebracht! Tee, Toast, Obst, Omelett,etc.! Ruhige Lage, etwas weg vom Strassenlärm! Meine Wertung 4,5 von 5 Punkten!

Though the situation of the hotel is not that great, but in my given budget i enjoyed my stay there. Food was also good. I liked the balcony with trees around. Only little low at maintenance and impeccable cleanliness, otherwise the stay and food is god to give a try.

I booked the hotel based on the revews and was thoroughly dissapointed. It is basically an apartment turned into a hotel. It does not have any restaurant, food is just about ok that will help you to gulp it down. Forget about any breakfast spread. Dinner is also limited for example when i wanted a bengali thali they said it will take minimum 1 hour to serve. Entry to the hotel is awful. The bathroom is equally bad. You dont even have some basic hooks or any place where you can hang your clothes during bath. The design of the bathroom is such that the entire bathroom feels like a swimming pool after you take your bath. The staffs in the hotel otherwise were more or less good. This is a hotel which i wood like to forget as a badbdream hope this helps others to take decisions before booking this hotel.
