Location was good, food expensive, same room was given for single and double occupancy but charged double, no brush paste, shampoo etc given

It is very disappointing that at the time of booking. However, you have confirmed receipt given for two guests. Given call to your customer support but problem not resolved. Proofs available with me. Pls explain, at the time of checking hotel staff not aware of it.

Make my trip rates is very high for this hotel, not worth the price. The room service is good, the location is ok.

Room is below average. There are charging so much for it. But quality of room they are providing is substandard. The floor has lot of dust on it. The furniture is old. The chair is broken there is smell of smoke in room. Lights was not proper. I will not advice anyone to choose this hotel. Don't go on images

Location of hotel is good. Decently maintained. Breakfast is reasonably good. Decent service. However, rooms need to be tidy. Staff at the reception is pretty rude. This does not give a pleasant feeling reaching hotel after a long travel. Though at the time of booking certain institutions were left for hotel those were not even seen till we arrived hence there was no question of their revert. One of the request was early checkin. We were charged rs. 560 for check in at 10am. I thought i already earned rs 1, 200 basis my above feed back
