Incompetent and disrespectful staff. Hardly anyone speaks English and hardly any information is given to customers (when are the shuttles to the ferry, etc.). When I ask whether the bathroom could be cleared of sand after check-in, all I get are stupid comments. And I was told check-out is at 12. After a disrespectful wake-up call at 10 and a consultation with reception (if there is even one there), it turns out there was a misunderstanding and check-out is actually at 10. I had to put up with the manager shouting at me for saying that and calling me stupid and incompetent! That's not acceptable! The worst hotel I've ever been to!!!!

Vreselijk hotel!! We hadden 7 nachten geboekt, maar hebben na 3 nachten het hotel verlaten omdat we bedwantsen op onze kamer hadden. Veel last van jeuk, dus het matras onderzocht. Daar waren inderdaad veel sporen van de beestjes. De manager wilde niet meewerken. Verder was de kamer super onhygiënisch en gedateerd, niet boeken!!

erg slecht en vies hotel. Bedwantsen in bed!! Toen we dit tegen de eigenaar gingen zeggen deed hij heel onvriendelijk en onbeschoft. Eerder gevraagd om nieuwe handdoeken en kregen er terug met vieze vlekken erin. Onhygiënisch en onvriendelijke mensen.
