Improvement: Insufficient water power and no hot water for bathing. A black cat comes in and out of the room at night, it's scary! The lights on one side of the terrace are broken, so we can't sit outside. The road is being constructed outside during the day, which affects rest. The locked door cannot be opened. You need to call the waiter to open the door. There was a ground floor room and they were told to charge a high fee. Because my feet were not convenient for walking up the stairs, this was not the case in other hotels, so I stayed for one night and left. Free breakfast in the morning. The potato curry went bad, and half an hour later I had a stomachache and needed to go to the toilet.

This was a nice place to stay to be honest. It was cost efficient but also a very nice resort for being on a small island I was expecting it to be less but it did a good job of keeping up with standards of bigger islands or cities. Plumbing always worked, room was cleaned everyday, comfy bed, clean sheets, stylish room with a loft over looking the pools, was a little ant problem when I first arrived but they fixed that right away, beautiful view with cascading pools and a deck that looks out to the ocean. Definitely will stay there again.

Difficult to review this place.Our boat was cancelled from Surat Thani to Koh Tao due to bad weather so we didnt make the first night here.Waiting at the pier when we arrived was a driver from the hotel so we got a free pick up to the hotel.BONUS.Room is beautiful with sea views and really comfortable.Couldnt have asked for a nicer view and walking distance to restaurants and the best of the Siaree beach area.The decking around the pool area is broken in places and in need of reapir.If you were coming home at night it would be dangerous and you could have a fall.Pools were nice but I didnt use them as we were just too busy.Reception staff and all other staff were good but one thing that really let this place down were the breakfasts.I can eat just about anything and love Thai food but not when everything is stone cold.I ended up getting eggs on toast only because they were hot.Cold rice,curries and just unedible and disappointing.Some changed need to be made there.The hot water in the room took 5 minutes to warm up and then pulsated but I noticed this all over the island.Look the seaview rooms are beautiful and the hotel is location location.Just need to fix the breakfasts or eat out.Would maybe stay here again or look for something a little further down the beach.Only got 2 days here to explore so needed more time

Nice place
This hotel exceeded all expectations. With stunning ocean views from my room, a restaurant serving surprisingly good food, and the friendliest staff imaginable, it was a dream getaway. However, the internet connection could use improvement. Despite this, it's still a top recommendation for anyone seeking a relaxing seaside escape.

Hôtel bien placé , accessible à pied 15 min du pear.
Appartement famille avec 2 chambres dont une vue mer , fabuleux, rocher , petite plage devant.
Hôtel vieillissant , piscine pas très propre mais la mer en descendant 2 marches ..
La vue est sublime.
A proximité de la plage animée avec resto et commerce.
Je conseille fortement, je reviendrai certainement .

Needs new towels
The hotel location is good. My room has a great view, however the towels are very old and don’t seem clean. The cotton slipper provided seem used.

lovely stay overall
Nice hotel, friendly staff and a lovely position overlooking Sairee beach. Close to all the action. Pool looked a bit murky but the sea is outside! Also, breakfast in the cafe opposite was mediocre - mainly the quality of the food - choice was reasonable but the orange juice was too diluted, the bacon and sausage was not to my taste and the croissants soggy. There were other things so you could find enough to keep yopu going. We had an upgraded room overlooking the beach both ways. The room was spacious and bed huge and comfy - no complaints. Overall - would fully recommend.

Beautiful property and amazing views clean room
This hotel was amazing- beautiful views of the ocean and amazing sunset from our room every night. Very close to great restaurants and public beach. Im not sure where the restaurant/ bar advertised us we never saw one or were told about this. Luckily there is plenty of food a short walk away. We were able to do laundry here affordably. I wish there was more monitoring of the pools and maybe one reserved for adults. Each day kids from a couple families would be leaping pool to pool splashing and loud which we could hear from the room. I was surprised staff didnt ask them to calm down. Otherwise still a great experience just somethings to note for the hotel since it was a more expensive stay for us.
