I did not like the hotel. Looks like five stars from the outside but the service is suitable for a three star hotel. A small pool, in the second pool a cocktail bar not tasty, staff not nice. And the worst - mosquitoes in the room. Although they upgraded our classic room to premium, not satisfied.

The hotel is well located in Chaweng. It is clean and very beautiful. We took the spa villa room. Quite simply. The main pool was under construction but the other pool was very good and in exchange we had the free buffet every lunchtime.

The resort is next to the road with many shopping areas. If anyone likes a lot of people, there will be no problem here. It's convenient. But if anyone likes peace, I don't recommend it. Because of the loud noise, there is a swimming pool in front of the room. There was a balcony in front of the room but I never came out to sit because it wasn't private. The room is clean, the room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable. Seaside restaurant with good atmosphere The staff are welcoming and helpful.
