Stayed at the hotel for the second time. The renovation is even more outdated, the beds are hard, the bathroom is old.
The reception staff was not very friendly, unfortunately. For one night ok, but next time, I will probably look for something else!

Chambre vieissante, pas d'étendoir indispensable pour les maillots / serviette. Personnel peu arrangeant et peu agréable. L'impression que la personne de l'accueil cesse de comprendre l'anglais quand ça l'arrange... Nous étions 2 familles avec 2 chambres réservées pour 4 chacune (2 adultes et 2 enfants) avec petit déjeuner inclu. Bizarrement pas de petit déjeuner pour les enfants.... Facturés en plus 250thb par jour par enfant... Problème réglé par Agoda qui s'est engagé à nous les rembourser partiellement. Une caution de 1000thb prise à l'arrivée (jamais vu cela dans les autres hôtels). Bizarrement sur nos 2 réservations l'hôtel a retenu sur la caution. Sur une chambre, 1 serviette tachée par du vomis facturée 200thb (peut être aurions nous du laisser le vomis d'un enfant jusqu'au matin pour qu'ils nettoient). Sur l'autre chambre un verre a été déposé au bar et du coup facturé car plus dans la chambre. Étonnant car aucun état des lieux à l'arrivée... Lessive donnée à l'accueil avec un prix affiché, aucune précision particulière de la personne de l'accueil et bizarrement le prix facturé 48h après est plus élevé car "express" (moins de 3 jours). De toute façon ils ont une caution donc bloqués... Bref il s'agit plus d'un manque de communication qui nous aurait rendu plus vigilant donc attention... Sinon la plage est très bien.

While rooms are just average, having the long swim lane pool, an excellent location on the beach with great restaurants nearby, this is a wonderful slice of heaven for those who want to chill and relax! One of our favorite parts of our Southeast Asia vacation!

Very poor mattress quality I could feel the springs even through the foam mattress cover.😣 Hardest pillow ever! My neck and shoulders are killing me,ever since.😖 No safe No TV No beach at high tide. And finally far from everything.Need to take taxi or take a chance and rent a scooter to visit the island.

Cadre de l'hotel incroyable, plage folle! Bar très sympas pour boire un verre. Mais la nourriture du restaurant était mauvaise et avec des quantités totalement irréel, j'ai eu 7 frites avec mon burger. La chambre est correct avec une salle de bain assez vielle. Sinon les installations sont superbes. La communication avec le personnel est compliquée, il ne parle pas anglais mais ils sont gentils. Manque d'une expérience personnalisée.

Must visit this place!
A really nice place with a nice pool. Not too crowded and good service at the reception. It is good value for money! Just next to the beach with a good restaurant serving good drinks and food.

Nice rooms, excellent temperature control, fantastic 30 m pool, right on the beach, excellent staff, good prices. Great beach views and ambiance from the restaurant. The food was fine, but not exceptional. The rooms are made from concrete, which probably helps with the temperature regulation. But lots of windows, with great view of the pool
