La situation de cet hôtel mériterait une meilleures notes si les points suivants serait améliorés: Accès à la mer non aménagé pour personnes ayant des difficultés de se déplacer. Malgré avoir demandé de changer les matelas, ces derniers sont « fatigués « j’ai mal dormi les 11 jours passés. Les repas correspondent à une qualité locale mais pas de standing que se veut l’établissement. Le personnel est très serviable et attentif à la clientèle.

Au nom de natural les agencements sont pas du niveau d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Pour personnes âgées tout l’équipement, sièges, lits, bancs sont trop bas. Pour un pays riches en produits naturels on pourrait s’attendre à un niveau de qualité des confitures et jus de fruits par exemple, à une qualité supérieure à celles que l’on trouve au supermarché.

L'arrivée à Koh Kood par bateau est magnifique avec cette statue de Bouddah qui domine cette petite baie. Ensuite, une jolie route au milieu de la forêt jusqu'à l'hôtel vous mets tout de suite dans l'ambiance de cette île très tranquille. L'hôtel est ouvert sur une superbe baie avec une charmante plage , tout est très proche et extrêmement calme. Les bungalows sont jolis et très bien équipés, le tout proche du lobby où Tiger fera tout pour vous aider. Le restaurant est très agréable avec un chef plutôt doué. Le personnel est adorable, en particulier Kob. Elle a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Tout ça nous a donné envie de revenir. Barbara & Christian

Un vero paradiso, spiaggia bellissima, oasi di pace e tranquillità. L’hotel molto bello, pulitissimo, con ottimo ristorante, ampia scelta a colazione, personale impeccabile e super accogliente. Non mancheremo di tornare se visiteremo ancora l’isola di Ko Kut.

Maybe still in backpacker mentality, I just showed up without a place to stay and checked out several hotels and resorts before committing. I looked at the Peter Pan/Tinkerbell/High Season area and, while nice, they were ridiculously priced. I think it was a busy weekend due to a Thai holiday. Anyway, I ended up at Beach Natural in lovely Bang Bao and really enjoyed the stay. Clean room, clean all around resort, excellent food, enjoyable activities (eg kayaks), and great service. In the morning, the staff accidentally put my luggage on a van with other tourists (I was on a motorcycle). The staff was very apologetic, scrambled to locate my luggage and promptly returned it. Mistakes happen and they handled it very well.

Great stay on a great Thai island! Everything was great from arriving to departing. Staff was friendly, the bungalows itself were lovely and spacious, nice outside space to sit and relax in the evenings and watch the wildlife go by (fireflies, bats, geckos), and Bang Bao Bay is just stunning and perfect for swimming and snorkelling. We rented the snorkelling equipment from the hotel and went to the far right of the bay, stunning! We also used the complimentary kayaks and watched the sunset from the sea, beautiful. The restaurant of the property was right by the beach and pier and offered a lovely scenery. As the description stated there is no public swimming pool which was no issue whatsoever as the sea is so super shallow and the water is crystal clear. The beach is fairly narrow but it’s not crowded so no issue and another huge and stunning beach is only a 5 min motorbike ride from there too. Would definitely come back.
