Отличный отель, сервис на уровне, свой пляж, в номерах есть все для комфортной жизни 👍👍👍Рядом есть автобусные остановки, кафе. Самое лучшее кафе, где мы были, «surfnturf» находиться в 30 метрах от отеля. Много русскоговорящих туристов и гидов. По любым вопросам помогут на рессепшене отеля. Уборка в номерах каждый день 🙌 С удовольствием приедем сюда еще раз

Wie eine Familie. Alles bestens. Seit 2004 bis 2024 immer wieder Koggala Beach Hotel gebucht. Gab nicht was beschwerden. Das essen war hervorragend, jeden Tag das Zimmer sauber, ordentlich, Getränke reichlich, nette team, alles bestens. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

It’s so nice beach and good hospitality🙂, staff service 🙂good,rooms are not bad, foods are good 🥗, totally good because special service and staff really nice they help always I enjoyed swimming 🏊♀️ have 3 swimming pools 😊i think best place enjoy with family I recommend 👍

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff and management were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were offered a late checkout of 6 hours free of charge, which was a wonderful gesture and allowed us to enjoy the facilities even longer. Our kids had a blast during the entire stay. The staff was particularly great with children, always smiling and engaging with them, which really made them feel special.

The overall service was not good, the breakfast did not have any variety and just some basic food items. The room phones were not working. The pool staff were very slow to find pool towels. It was tye first time I booked this hotel. Definitely I will not recommend it to anyone.

Watch what you sign for. Printer ink faint and lighting very poor, especially in the bar. We were with a group, on the coach ready to leave when they came up with an additonal bill. Impossible to read chitties even in daylight. They assumed I had the buffet, so charged this and an a la carte meal. A la carte obviously subject to service charge and tax, so rice and one curry as much as the buffet (or possibly much more). With coach and fellow group members waiting I had no choice but to pay again. Spoilt what had been an pleasant stay.

Onze kamer is prima van formaat. Het bed ligt heel goed. Balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan. De douche is niet geweldig maar functioneert. Het eten is goed. Het personeel doet erg hun best en zijn vriendelijk. De Engelse taal gaat niet helemaal goed. Voor mij stond alleen de muziek te hard aan. Buiten het hotel staat een tuktuk met Willy er op. Ik raad deze aan als je de omgeving bekijken wil.

Very quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Long beach to walk along. Sea was a bit wavy but it depends on what time of year you go. There is a pool. Food was varied and good. There are a few nearby restaurants. We were bed and breakfast but we did eat a evening meal a few times which was great.
