第一，在任何時候工人人員都很有禮貌，服務態度良好。
第二，房間乾淨。
第三，地理位置很近地鐵站「一條學園」，若然你要去吉祥寺，住在這裏的性價比非常之高。
要注意的事項：
1.開房門的用具是傳統鎖匙，不是房咭。
2.沒有電梯，只有樓梯上落。
3.隔音問題我覺得還好，始終這裏是居民區，而且日本國民質素良好，不會大聲吵鬧。

I was able to stay comfortably. I would stay there again.
It was nice to have an air purifier, but there weren't enough outlets. I think it would be useful to have something that can branch. It was nice to be able to use WiFi, but the sensitivity may be a little weak on the 3rd floor.

It takes only a few minutes from Hitotsubashi Gakuen Station to the hotel. The environment is quiet, the waiters are very attentive and polite, the room is tidy, and there is wifi. The only drawback is that there is no elevator and you have to take the stairs!

I stayed for one night on a university errand.
I was able to feel at ease with the kind staff and had a good feeling.
The wakame seaweed and tofu miso soup for breakfast was delicious.
I wanted a salmon if possible.
