Gud hotel, Rooms are neat they have renewed the Rooms. Staffs are gud. It is half km from the lake. Restaurant south Indian food very tasty. It is to our budget. For homely stay and safe stay we can choose this hotel. Really nice stay. In hotel complex they have ATM,Met plus. Ice cream parlour etc. We recommend this hotel for comfortable and homley stay

It is a very old hotel, the rooms are smelly and the washroom is very dirty. Requesting makemytrip to review this hotel, better to remove from your app.

It's in open parking space there is no safety for vehicle for my bike i don't feel safety for my bike refer screens-hot of hotel

We booked 3 deluxe rooms in this hotel. The rooms we were given were at the basement level -ve. The walls as well as the floor were damp and had a kind strong unpleasant odour throughout. No hygiene in the rooms, the bed sheets were dirty and stinking. Forget about hot water, there was no water at all next day morning and absolutely no one to attend our complaint. Very poor staff service, no towels, soaps were provided despite several requests. A very nightmarish stay experience. No parking facility

Not clean. Windows broken. Too much smell. Tv didn't work. No water supply at early morning. All fought.

Worst hotel ever... I stayed for a night and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a strong smell, despite informing the staff twice to clean it properly, they didn't do anything about it. Initially, I thought the price was reasonable, but after my unpleasant experience, it felt overpriced. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the receptionist and requested a reasonable refund, they pretended to call the owner or manager but denied my request, claiming that the owner was unavailable. They were unwilling to process the refund. Adding to my disappointment, there were water issues in both of the room as I booked as well. In the morning, there was no water at all, and when I informed the staff, they provided water that was heavily mixed with sand. It was an extremely unpleasant experience overall, and I strongly discourage staying at this hotel. If it were possible, I would have given a negative rating.
