Excellent service overall. In the main town and will love the view forever. Carlton club is one of the must tries. The staffs were friendly and kind. Anand has helped us in many ways regarding the house keeping assistance. Baby food was given to us everyday on time.

All the members of hotel are very helpful food you served And the way they served was very good … our children specially enjoyed the kids sector and spend a lot of time there in playing all the games and ride cycles …Ducks attract a lot …. Children enjoyed and ran behind them thanks for make our stay

Very kind staff, beautiful property, amazing facilities. We had a great time staying here. The property is beautiful and scenic. The food is really delectable and the people here are so so kind. They will go an extra way to make the guests feel comfortable.

Everything here is perfect. No changes required We had a beautiful stay, our room, food and the property were absolutely amazing. We cannot wait to visit again. We are definitely going to suggest others to visit soon. All the staff, Mr simson at the reception was very very helpful, miss Simran and all the other staff members were commendable at the service.

One of the most hospitable hotels I've ever been, the staff is super friendly and polite. The rooms are cozy and the view is amazing. We had our first wedding anniversary and they made it special for both of us by getting us and cake and playing some music. Hats off to the team.

Excellent stay @ Carlton. Love to come back again. The service @Carlton was excellent. The people are very welcoming. My 2 year kid enjoyed the stay. She even received a special gift from the Chef. She loved playing with Bintu and others. Arun and Simran at the reception were very helpful. Thank you for all the love.

Amazing stay and friendly staff and atmosphere, very neat rooms. The room was spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly.The kids play area is top notch and spa was well maintained and nice. Especially guest relationship officer Ms. Simran was very helpfull and friendly.

Very great service. Staff is very polite and friendly. If you are looking for relaxing gateway then this place is perfect for it. They provide bicycle to roam around. In door games and many more. We stayed with lake view. Atmosphere is very cool.
